Established in 1964, Quality Heat Treatments specialize in conventional furnace heat treatment by gas fired batch furnaces. From stress relieving of mild steel fabrications, to the heat treatment of specialist nickel alloy grades, our emphasis is on providing our customers with a competitive edge through our capacity and flexibility.

We offer a rapid turnaround, in certain cases overnight, and can also supply full mechanical testing to UKAS standards on a same day service if necessary.

Our quality control and systems of production operate to ISO9001/2001 and all our 12 furnaces, which are surveyed in line with API standards, are fitted with the latest digital recorders. All hardness checks are carried out with a BRINtronic fully automatic microscope.
